An Indoor Heated Swimming Pool
Our 25m long swimming pool is perfect for all lovers of swimming and recreation. Surrounded by deck chair and tables, go for a swim and spend time afterwards catching up with friends and family. The pool also features unique mood lighting that shines through the water making it a unique swimming experience.
A Finnish and a Bio Sauna
Feeling cold or jast would like to sweat it out? Our two saunas are just what you need. A dry heat, the Finnish sauna operates at an optimal temperatureof 90 °C and humidity rate 10-15%. For more of wet heat, the Bio sauna has an optimal temperature of 60 °C and humidity rate of 40%.
A Jacuzzi
After a day spent in the great outdoors,spending some time in the Jacuzzi is a pleasure you cannot miss. Surrounded by massaging jets of hot water, lounging in one is jast what the dosctors suggest to make your muscles feel at ease.
A Tepidarium
Lined with a heat-reflecting salt wall and stone tiled lounging chairs, a tepidarium is a hot room in which the radiated heat helps to ease any pain you may have as well as relax your mind and body.
Gym
Our stylish gym is equipped with top of the line and brand new Life Fitness Equipment, including running machines, exercise bikes and weight machines. We also offer personal trainers to help you meet your exercise and fitness goals, whether you are an amateur who just wasn’t to get in better shape or a serious athlete who wants to go the extra mile. We also have on site changing rooms, lockers and showers for our clients to use.
Massage room
